AJ Park to buy rival Baldwins for $7.9m

AJ Park plans to buy rival Baldwins Intellectual Property for $7.9 million, which would bring together two of the nation's top IP firms under the ownership of Australia's IPH.  Baldwins was established in 1896 and serves clients including multi-national corporations, universities, government agencies.
