Auckland's international arts festival is in crisis mode, refusing all comment on whether highly anticipated international acts will still travel to New Zealand for the second half of the programme.The festival organisers are planning a mid-morning statement Monday on the future of some acts, but was declining today to discuss whether acts such as the 18-strong Soweto Gospel Choir, which is due to launch a seven-date New Zealand tour as part of the Auckland festival on Wednesday this week, had arrived in the country.Any international visitor ar...
