Barfoot & Thompson says it added 1,994 new listings in March, with stock levels closing out the month at 4,816 – the highest number on its books in almost three years.Auckland's biggest realtor reported that sales numbers for March were at 1,180, up on February's 750 sales but down by a third from a year prior. Managing director Peter Thompson said not too much should be read into that, as last March represented the highest sales level for any March on the books.The median house price across the realtor's sales was $1...
