BGH to offer $4.45 per share for Abano: AFR

Is the Abano Healthcare takeover on again? The Australian Financial Review has reported BGH Capital and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan have managed to get Abano's board to unanimously endorse a $4.45 per share scheme of arrangement, valuing the company at $117 million. The BGH offer scrapped five months ago amid the coronavirus crisis was at $5.70 per share, valuing Abano at $149.8 million.
