A High Court judge has told a company trying to sue BNZ and Smartpay to go back and replead its case, after it emerged the company’s founder made the claim without a lawyer, which is against the rules.  Optimizer HQ, the company behind Swipe HQ, claimed it had a deal with BNZ to provide payment services including mobile eftpos.
