Border worker tests positive for covid-19

Director-general of health Ashley Bloomfield has announced that a 24-year-old border worker at the Grand Millennium hotel in Auckland has tested positive for covid-19.The person, who hasn't been vaccinated, tested positive on Tuesday and will undergo further tests today.According to Bloomfield, the person lives alone and travelled to work with a colleague, who has been fully vaccinated, in a private vehicle.No locations of interest have been identified as yet but Bloomfield said the public will be notified via push notifications through the...
