Port of Tauranga chief executive Mark Cairns is setting himself up to have a full calendar post his June retirement, adding Sanford to his growing list of independent directorships.Cairns, 58, will leave the country's largest export terminal on June 30 after 16 years in the role and will join the listed fishing company's board from July 1. It will be his sixth board appointment after accepting directorships with Freightways, Meridian Energy, Northport, Quality Marshalling, and logistics firm Coda.   Sanford chair Rob...
