Channel Infrastructure, the newly branded offshoot of Refining NZ, rang the bell on its first day of trading under the CHI ticker on the NZ Stock Exchange today.The bell signifies the full shutdown of oil refining operations at Marsden Point, with the terminal now awaiting its first import shipment.The retired refinery, which produced 96,000 barrels per day, was opened in 1964.
