Bendon is largely in Australian hands with former chief executive Justin Davis-Rice picking up 75% of the lingerie company in the $1 management buyout with current chief Anna Johnson.The breakdown of their ownership appeared in Companies Office filings, with Davis-Rice’s JADR Holdings emerging as the senior partner with three quarters of Bendon and Johnson’s Matana Intimates Holdings Trustee entity holding the 25% balance.
