Businesses have embraced the concept of “green shoots” with confidence climbing to its highest level in 30 years in December.A net 74% expect better business conditions, up 7 points, according to the ANZ New Zealand Business Outlook.Expected own activity rose 7 points to net 61%, also its highest level in 30 years. “Things are clearly looking up.
