A fast track consent for a Taranaki hydrogen plant and associated wind turbines has been granted despite objections from environmental groups and some local Māori.The Hiringa Energy and Ballance Agri-Nutrients project is made up of four wind turbines, a hydrogen hydrolysis plant and associated infrastructure.
