Evolve completes A$18.9m placement with insiders taking A$8m

Evolve Education has completed an A$18.9 million placement to professional investors with insiders contributing A$8 million. The 145 million new shares were sold at 13 Australian cents each, a 10.3 percent discount to the closing market price for Evolve shares on Dec. 10.
