Fisher & Paykel appoints board replacement for Tony Carter

Lisa McIntyre has been appointed to the board of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, replacing Tony Carter, who retired from the board in August 2020.In a statement to the NZX, the company said McIntyre had extensive knowledge in health and technology and experience in strategy, finance, technology transformation and data analytics. “She has a deep understanding of international markets and a reputation for insight, integrity and transparency,” chair Scott St John said.McIntyre is non-executive director of of Insurance and Care NSW...
