Commercial Helicopters Limited, trading as Fly My Sky, has been placed into voluntary liquidation.Clive Bish and Gareth Hoole from Ecovis KGA were appointed liquidators on June 30 following a special resolution of the shareholders on Tuesday.Prior to being placed into liquidation the airline provided daily scheduled flights to Great Barrier Island from Auckland Airport and North Shore airport.Private and charter flights were also offered.The company appears to have ceased trading.
