Goodman buys land in Albany and Penrose

Goodman Property Trust's manager said it has bought a 3.2 hectare site in Albany and has secured an agreement with NZ Post to build a new parcel processing centre on Bush Road in the suburb.The manager didn't say how much it will pay or indicate the cost of the new facility but said Goodman has more than $440 million of work in progress.It has also bought the Oji Fibre Solutions facility in Penrose for $60.5m which adjoins Goodman's Gate Industry Park and takes the expanded estate to 21.3 hectares.Both transactions are expected to s...
