NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi has confirmed its preferred suppliers for a new generation of contracts covering state highway maintenance and renewals and potentially worth billions of dollars over the contract periods.The new Integrated Delivery Contracts (IDCs) mark a major shift in how the network will be managed from May 2026 and are expected to be signed early next year.The IDCs will replace the current Network Outcomes Contracts and make contractors accountable for most maintenance and renewal activity on their regional state highway net...
