Infratil's latest offloads push it past halfway mark on $1 billion asset sales

Infrastructure investor Infratil has clocked up another $250 million in asset sales as it heads for its $1 billion target.On Thursday morning, Infratil said it had sold mobile tower owner Fortysouth and Infratil Property investments for a combined $250m as it reported its results for the six months to Sept 30. Fortysouth was part of Vodafone NZ, now One NZ, which Infratil almost totally owns. Fortysouth, which owned more than 1,600 towers, was sold to InfraRed Capital Partners and Pantheon for more than $200m.“The...
