Infratil posts record first-half profit on Tilt sale

Infratil reported a record first-half net profit of $1.08 billion, most of it coming from the profits of selling the company's stake in Tilt Renewables.However, it has shaved its guidance for full-year operating profit.The result doesn't include $49.7 million of profits belonging to minority interests, but does include the $1.02b Tilt profit, and it compares with the net profit for the six months ended Sept 30, 2020, of $27.8m.Chief executive Jason Boyes said the overall result "showed the business performing strongly and demonstra...
