A plan for a 45-million litre fuel facility at the Port of Tauranga has been rejected by a planning commissioner.Timaru Oil Services, which commissioned a new fuel terminal at that port last year, had proposed building a new four-tank facility on land it has leased for 40 years from the Port of Tauranga.
