Former Du Val director John Dalzell has stood down from the board of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China’s New Zealand subsidiary.Auckland Chamber of Commerce chief executive Simon Bridges has replaced him.Dalzell had served as an independent director on the board alongside former Reserve Bank of NZ (RBNZ) Governor Don Brash and former BNZ chief risk officer Martin Philipsen since September 2013.The change was “necessitated to align with regulatory governance guidelines and internal bank policies”,...
