Maritime New Zealand is yet to complete what has so far been an eight-month investigation into the death of port worker Pala’amo (Amo) Kalati on August 30 last year. The 31-year-old was crushed on a container ship at Ports of Auckland (POAL), marking the second fatality at the port in two years.
