A High Court judge has ruled the evidence of a Chinese woman was “lost, or at least confused, in translation” and she should not bear any costs of a multimillion suit against Zespri.At the same time Justice Ed Wylie has ruled Zespri should only get $213,098 for its costs in the suit, despite asking for $1.8 million.Weixin Li is the sister of Xiongjie Liu, known as Big Liu.
