Retirement village operator Summerset said it has bought a third site in Victoria, Australia and is planning to build a $170 million retirement village on it.The site is in the Chirnside Park suburb northeast of Melbourne and there are few quality retirement living options in the area."The over-75 population in Chirnside Park is forecast to grow by 60% over the next decade.
