Z Energy to delist on May 10

The last hurdle in Ampol’s takeover of Z Energy has been completed with the high court approving the scheme of arrangement the deal is structured around.Z Energy said the court order on Tuesday would mean New Zealand’s largest liquid fuel retailer would delist from the NZX on May 10.Australia-based Ampol has said it will be seeking a dual listing on the NZX, which will somewhat offset the loss of a blue-chip stock.Z told the NZX that trading in its shares will be suspended on the NZX and ASX at the close of trading on April 28 with...
