Blackpearl taps investors again but this time through the ASX

Software company Blackpearl Group is undertaking another capital raise, but this time it will be listed on the ASX.Blackpearl is offering an $11.8 million placement to institutional shareholders and an offer for new institutional investors.On Thursday, Blackpearl said it would use this new cash infusion to invest in its data platform, Pearl Engine, and to “enable swift execution on emerging opportunities”.It completed the acquisition of United States-based AI automation firm B2B Rocket for US$4m (NZ$6.73m) in August.Blackpearl...
