Channel Infrastructure NZ will invest $30 million at Marsden Point over 2026 and 2027 as part of infrastructure upgrades to support the redevelopment of the former refinery site into the Marsden Point Energy Precinct.The NZX-listed fuel import terminal operator said the investment would fund relocation of its control room and construction of a new combined administration building, freeing up land currently designated for a proposed biorefinery project and other future developments.Channel said the upgrades reflected growing confidence in the de...
