Medical device giant Fisher & Paykel Healthcare earned more than $1 billion in revenue in six months for the first time.The company boosted its full-year guidance and reported a 39% profit rise as it posted its result for the six months to Sept 30 on Wednesday morning. Net profit after tax was $213 million, well above the $200m guidance. It said its full-year profit would now be between $410m and $460m.
