Listed infrastructure investor Infratil’s almost 50% stake in Australasian datacentre firm CDC is now worth about $8 billion. A market update on Tuesday morning said Infratil’s CDC investment had increased in value by A$174 million (about NZ$201.8m) based on an independent valuation at the end of December to A$6.9b.In total, CDC was worth A$14b, it said. On Sept 29, Infratil announced CDC had signed 100 megawatts (MW) of new contracts, which Jarden analysts said lifted CDC’s contracted revenue to about 95% of the bas...
