The local market will track Wall Street higher as president-elect Joe Biden will shortly unveil an emergency relief plan to combat covid-19.The package is expected to have an overall price tag of about US$2 trillion, narrowly tailored to ensure support from the Republican Party, the Washington Post said.According to the report, it will be followed by a broader recovery plan but Biden wanted to give Republicans the opportunity to back his first legislative effort as president.The relief comes as the US is recording at least 247,600 new covid-19...
