MPI charges against QEX stand

There will be no changes to charges brought by the Ministry for Primary Industries against QEX’s subsidiary New Y Trading and QEX’s chief executive Jinjie (Ronnie) Xue, the company said.In February, QEX said MPI charged Xue and New Y Trading for deceptively breaching the Animal Products Act.The charges alleged New Y and Xue attempted to export milk powder and honey “without raising export declarations” in MPI’s e-certificate system in August 2019.They also face three charges for attempting to export infant formula...
