The largest redwood forestry estate in Australasia is being put up for sale through agribusiness property company, Arotahi Agribusiness.The New Zealand Redwood Company is divesting the estate which covers 8,000 hectares of freehold land across four blocks – the Ruapehu and Rangitikei districts in the North Island and the Hurunui district in the Canterbury region of the South Island.In a media statement, Arotahi Agribusiness said it was selling off the estate’s established forestry business via an “international deadline sale p...
