NZX-listed Greenfern Industries has formalised an agreement with Melbourne medicinal cannabis distributor Cannvalate to market its GFI Pharma brand products in Australia.The transaction will see Greenfern issue $900,000 worth of shares at 27 cents a share to Cannvalate – about 4% of the Taranaki-based firm.Greenfern managing director Dan Casey said the deal will provide access to about 50% of the medicinal cannabis market in Australia, or about 6,000 cannabis patients via the physician community and about 600 dispensing pharmacies.He said...
