Summerset's strong sales continue in March qtr

Summerset Group's March quarter sales nearly doubled from the same quarter last year although they were down a little from its record December quarter.The retirement village operator sold 275 units in the three months ended March compared with 141 in the same quarter last year and 296 in the December quarter.Of the sales, 148 were new units and 127 were resales of existing units."A year on from the first covid-19 lockdown and we're continuing to see robust sales," said chief executive Scott Scoullar."Our waitlist is up 24...
