Ports of Auckland stood down 19 of its terminal staff yesterday, deemed as potential contacts of a staff member who tested positive for covid this week.A Ports of Auckland (POAL) spokesperson said the workers, who operate within a team 'bubble', are expected to be back at work from about Monday, assuming their tests come back negative.In a note to customers, POAL said the stand-down will affect some of the road office team and straddle groups, although it could potentially impact terminal operations."To assist we have had to reduce...
