An Auckland software company specialising in email signature products has been sold to German firm eKomi for an undisclosed sum. Crossware says its software has about 10% share of the global email signature market thanks to integration with Microsoft 365 products.The company, which has about one million users in more than 80 countries across 3,000 businesses, has received government funding over several years via grants from Callaghan Innovation. New Zealand’s Ministry of Health and Te Wānanga o Aotearoa are Crossware customers,...
