New Zealand Rural Land Co announced an inaugural dividend and said it's on the hunt for more acquisition opportunities.The company – which listed in December 2020 – reported a first-half net profit of $3.17 million for the six months to Dec 31.It also said it will pay an interim dividend of 2.01 cents per share, equivalent to 95% of adjusted funds from operations (AFFO).
