Orion settles Port Hills fire claim

Christchurch electricity distributor Orion New Zealand has made a confidential settlement with insurer IAG over the 2017 Port Hills fires.The company, owned by Christchurch City Council, said the settlement is without any admission of liability and ends High Court action against it.
