Pip Greenwood to exit Spark board

Pip Greenwood won’t seek re-election to Spark’s board.The listed telco said today she won’t stand again at the company’s annual shareholders' meeting. Greenwood will become chair of Westpac New Zealand in October.“The Spark board thanks Pip for her valuable contribution over the past three years,” it said in a statement to the NZX.It also has a new director, with Spark’s former chief technology officer David Havercroft to join its board as a non-independent non-executive director.Spark said he had a...
