Fonterra Co-operative Group shareholders have voted to elect Michelle Pye to its board, with Alison Watters returned for another term.This year’s co-op elections, the results of which were announced on Tuesday afternoon, were the first in three years in which a genuine vacancy existed, with three standing, including Watters as an incumbent, for two positions.It sees Fortuna Group chair Mike Fleming miss out on a spot, having now stood twice.The number of votes each candidate received was not released.‘Special circumstances&rsqu...
