PFI's Mangere purchase falls through, buys Avondale properties

Property for Industry said it has bought properties adjoining those it already owns in Avondale, Auckland for $39 million but the proposed $54.4 million purchase of industrial properties at Tidal Rd in Mangere has fallen through.The Tidal Rd purchase was first announced on Aug. 14 and was subject to market conditions and the contract included sunset dates which have now been reached.That was as a result of delays caused by the covid-19 pandemic and the associated government-enforced lock downs.The properties PFI is buying at Rosebank Road in Av...
