Summerset sets new sales record

Summerset Group reported record December-quarter sales and said it has a strong pipeline of sales for the current quarter.The retirement village operator sold 296 new and existing units in the December quarter, up from 225 in the September quarter, which was the previous record, and up from 209 in the December quarter of the prior year.That took the annual total to 785 from 652.The December-quarter sales were made up of 176 new units, up from 100 in the September quarter and 116 in the 2019 December quarter.
