RESEND: Pushpay to raise $13.8 million from shareholders

(Removes extraneous share price in second-last paragraph, fixes closing date of rights issue) By Suze Metherell April 23 (BusinessDesk) - Pushpay Holdings, the NZAX-listed mobile payment app developer, is looking to raise $13.8 million from its New Zealand-based shareholders via a discounted share offer. The pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer will see eligible shareholders offered 1 new ordinary share for every 14 shares already held, at a 15 percent discount of $3.85 per share, the Auckland-based company said in a statement....
