Costco New Zealand has turned the corner and reported a profit, with a new store on the horizon.Costco’s annual report lists a profit of $9.62 million for the year ending Aug 31, 2025, a significant recovery from the $929,000 loss recorded last year.The American multi-national discount store operator also grew its revenue to $385m, up from $361.5m the year before.Gross profit grew by about 27% in 2025, rising from $32.7m to $41.7m.Total assets increased to $242.1m from $225.3m, and total liabilities were $56m, up from $49m the previo...
