Rocket Lab has announced the next launch of its Electron vehicle will carry a satellite into orbit for the United States Space Force (USSF), the organisation set up by former president Donald Trump.The mission is scheduled for lift-off from Rocket Lab’s Māhia Peninsula launch complex 1 site from 6pm New Zealand time, July 29. A two-hour launch window from 6pm to 8pm will be open for 12 days, the company said.The mission, which was procured by the US Department of Defense (DoD) space test program (STP) and the rocket systems launch program...
