By Jonathan Underhill July 30 (BusinessDesk) - Secondo Investments, the owner of Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand, posted a 6.3 percent drop in billings last year, while rival advertising firm Clemenger Group reported higher commission and fee income, according to their 2014 accounts. Saatchi & Saatchi's clients in New Zealand include Toyota, Spark, ASB Bank and DB Breweries' Tui brand, according to its website.
