James Shaw is making coffee.As I write this, he’s standing behind the counter at Flight Coffee Hangar in Wellington, earnestly tamping, pouring and frothing. There are TV cameras here, of course. This is one of the final photo ops in the election campaign. Wearing an apron, the Green Party co-leader carries flat whites to bemused patrons.
