ArcAngels, the fund part of venture capital firm Icehouse Ventures that invests in women-led start-ups, has raised $5 million of a $20m target.The ArcAngels Fund II is part funded by former Telecom chief executive Theresa Gattung, Vend co-founder Mel Roswell, and Stephen Tindall’s K1W1.
