Stonewood Group, founded by John and Michael Chow, has acquired Dataguard NZ, a local power protection systems firm.The purchase is intended to bring new technical expertise to RCR, a commercial maintenance, electrical and mechanical company acquired by Stonewood two years ago from Australian parent RCR Tomlinson.
