Tim Gibson joins Silver Fern Co-op board

Former NZ Trade and Enterprise chief executive Tim Gibson has replaced independent director Trevor Burt on the board of Silver Fern Farms Co-operative.The meat cooperative’s chair Richard Young said Gibson brought “significant governance experience within co-operatives and within agribusiness and food companies.”Gibson is a director with dairy companies Livestock Improvement Corporation and Miraka and is also on the board of Port Otago.
