Vital's manager buys Sydney land for $50m expansion

Vital Healthcare Property Trust's manager said the trust has bought 4340 square meters of land next to The Hills Clinic in north-west Sydney which it already owns.The Hills is a specialist mental health hospital 100% leased by Aurora Healthcare and is about 28 kilometres from Sydney's CBD.The purchase is subject to a leasing pre-commitment from Aurora, Australia's largest specialist private mental health provider, which will enable a $50 million expansion, including the land cost of the existing hospital, adding additional beds, gro...
